"Maybe in your own little world," he scoffed, looking somewhat annoyed, but also amused at the same time. "And anyway, I'm already doomed to a life of misery and confusion, thanks." He nodded once, being quite serious. This was no act. He was, after all, doomed to a life like that. Misery because he wouldn't ever be able to stay with one female because she would sooner or later die, unless she happened to be immortal. But coming across an immortal female was rare. Confusion because things just didn't make sense a lot of the time. There was always something messing things up, leaving him confused beyond all belief.
He sighed heavily and turned his gaze over to the horizon, staring out at the world with no emotion. "If I told you, I'd have to kill you," he said a moment later, continuing to look out into the horizon. He wouldn't really do that. Or maybe he would. One could never really tell with Kaige.

Velia cocked a brow. Kill her, eh? He was right, on that other thing. Doomed to a life of misery and confusion. Poor Kaige, Velia thought with a far away gaze. He'll never be happy. He'll never get what he wants... he'll never have a good life. Then look at me, I complain about stupid things. But I only have to live for a certain time. I could end my life at any point if I really wanted to. But Kaige can't. It's impossible for him... Velia thought, snapping back into reality a moment later. "Well I don't want you to kill me... so I won't ask." She said with a nod.

"That's good," he said, seeming somewhat distracted. He was lost in his thoughts again. It happened a lot. Maybe, if luck was on his side, he would come across an immortal female he could fall in love with. He nearly laughed out loud at that thought. The chances of that were slim, especially when it came to falling in love. After what Kali ha done, he wasn't even sure anymore. There was always the chance, though. He just wasn't sure if he would take it or not.
"I wouldn't kill you, anyway," he said, finally coming back to his senses. "It'd be too easy. I've had enough of easy killings. It's not as fun." Once again, he was being quite serious and he hadn't really realized it. Maybe she wouldn't take him seriously, but then again... "I mean.. I wouldn't kill you at all, even if it wasn't easy." Negative points for Kaige. He couldn't seem to keep himself in one piece. He was always breaking off somewhere.

"I should hope not." Velia said with a nod. She was about to aruge the fact that he couldn't kill her easily... but sadly, it was probably true. At least the current Velia that was showing through. If the demon killer Velia side came out... all hell would break loose. It wasn't like just another wolf with powers. That half was different... it wasn't normal. It wasn't just another power. No. It was it's own soul. It's own self. And it had power over Velia. Or so she thought... =o[[Sorry had to write that. XDXD]]

At that point, Kaige was unsure of what to say. His mind was nearly blank. That was a first. His mind was usually overflowing with thoughts of his own and thoughts of others, though he was hardly aware of that fact. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, finally turning his attention back to Velia. "Yes, but maybe one day.. you'll be begging for death. When everything around you seems to disappear or fail, that's when it will happen." A frown crossed his maw then. He had no idea why he had said that or how he had even thought of something like that. His brows furrowed and his expression darkened. "Yeah.. just ignore that."

Velia - none the less what he had said last - was deep in thought about what he had said. Her fun mood had now switched to a more serious one... she looked thoughtful. What he had said was true... she had wished for death quite a few times... but something was always in the way. No matter. "Wow... that was an interesting statement. It made lots of sense... too." She said, turning her gaze back to him.

“If you only knew Kaige….how much I truly do love you…and how miserable I am knowing you’re angry at me.” The voice was soft and low that Kali herself could barley hear her own voice. Yet, how did she know he was mad at her? Did he already forget her? Did he move on with his life? Or did he think about her, even once? Did he want to talk to her…or did he hate her guts. She wasn’t sure, but every thought caused her heart to ache.
She only wanted him to understand. To understand her side of the story, but she doubted if that would ever happen. She paused and took a deep sigh. Her coat was mattered with rain and mud, but she didn’t care, her eyes were empty. She wasn’t sure what to do or where to go. She knew she would eventually turn back around and face her pups. She closed her eyes. She would have to tell them their father was never coming home. Did he even want them? Or did he despise his children because part of them…was Kali?
She sighed as she pushed her ears backward, grinding her teeth together. Oh, Kaige. I’m so sorry. I should have never gotten with Kaizer…but I never stopped loving you, not for a moment. I didn’t love him….can’t you see that? She could feel the tears burning in her eyes, but she did not let them fall. She turned her gaze over and froze at what she saw….Kaige…and Velia…and he looked…happy.
Her heart sank down into her stomach. He probably had gotten back with his first love. No. She wasn’t going to jump to conclusions. She sighed. She was in their view. If they turned their head a little bit, they would spot her. She knew Kaige would get mad at her, thinking that she had followed him when he told her not too. He thought that the last time, but she never once followed him when he told her not too. Not once has she broken a promise. Didn’t he understand?
I really do love you, Kaige. I hope you’ll remember that. Even if you don’t want to be with me. She hoped that when he sensed her presence he would read her thoughts. Would know…and understand…what had happened…and only hoped he would forgive her.

"That actually made sense to you?" he asked, looking at her incredulously. It hadn't of even made sense to him, and he was the one who said it. He was really unsure of where it came from. Perhaps it was how he felt. He could deny it all he wanted, but he knew deep down it was true. It was how he felt not too long ago until Velia had come across him. But he wasn't going to think about that anymore. What happened, happened. He shrugged it off and let his thoughts wander elsewhere, no longer paying attention to them.
"Well...," he said slowly, frowning for no particular reason. What was he to do now? He wasn't going to to leave, but he didn't feel like sitting around for much longer. It was growing restless, and that was never a good thing. He pushed his massive frame up and shook out his shaggy fur. "I don't really feel like hanging around here anymore, what about you?" he asked, looking at her out of the corner of his eye. He was too 'preoccupied' to notice that Kali was just a few yards away.

Velia shook her head. She couldn't stay in one place for long periods of time without getting restless. "No... I'm really starting to--" But she cut herself off, smelling that all-too-familiar scent and felt her heart practically sink. This was the wolf who Kaige would want back. This was the wolf Kaige had recently chosen over her. This was Kali.
Her entire body froze as she simply stared in her direction, her expression completely blank. She didn't know what to think of Kali... she looked very forlorn but she just couldn't like her... it wasn't like Velia not to like someone but this time was different. She just didn't. And somewhere inside of herself she knew why. But she wasn't going to think it and sink herself down that low. She wanted to keep herself high above the point of jealousy... but deep inside she couldn't avoid it.
"Kali..." She said simply, not even trying to sound "nice" anymore. She wasn't sounding "mean," she was simply sounding blank. Emotionless. She wasn't very happy... but that wasn't her choice. She couldn't control her emotion. The good thing? Her dark side had dcalmed down since she wasn't happy. But at the same time that wasn't good. She was so confused. She wanted to like Kali... and yet she hated her.

He was about to ask her what she was going to say, but stopped once he followed her gaze and heard what she said. Immediately, he tensed up and his eyes narrowed to thin slits. What the hell was she doing here? He had specifically told her not to basically never try to contact him again or even think about him. Of course, she might have just come across them by accident, but he couldn't tell. He didn't care, anyway. He was highly irritated now, but he tried not to let it get to him. Getting angry never solved things and he was trying to have a better attitude and a better outlook on life.
"Kali." That was all he said. His voice was empty and emotionless. There was no expression cast across his face, and his eyes looked dead. He realized then that he felt nothing. There was nothing left. Or maybe there was and it was just buried deep down inside. Honestly, he didn't care. He glanced at Velia sideways and wondered what was going on through her mind. He wasn't going to read her thoughts, but he had a slight idea from the expression on her face. He could feel the tension in the air and he knew things wouldn't be good if they lingered around. Things wouldn't be good even if they left.
"We were just about to leave, weren't we?" he asked slowly, turning his blood red gaze to Velia. He really didn't want to deal with Kali, especially after what he had told her. He could tell she took it hard, but he wasn't affected by it. She had it coming... he thought to himself as he snorted quietly. She deserved it. Perhaps she did and perhaps she didn't. She was probably there to beg for forgiveness. He wouldn't have any of it. He had put up with enough bullshit in his life and he wasn't going to let anymore add on. "Sorry doesn't cut it." His gaze was back on Kali as he spoke. His voice was still fairly empty, but a trace of anger and betrayal could be heard. As far was he was concerned, they were over. He had even told her he didn't want her back. He wasn't going to fall for the whole 'Pity me, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it' act. That had happened once before and he wasn't going to let it happen again

Kali narrowed her eyes as she looked straight at Kaige. Now that pissed her off. How dare he! How dare he assumed that she was going to say sorry. How dare he think all those things about her, which weren't even true. He didn't even get her a chance to explain. He didn't even know...understand...maybe he never did.
"Don't you get it?" Kali asked her voice was low, but held a tight firm. She shook her head, still gazing up at him. "You don't even know me...Kaige...after everything...you honestly believe that I followed you here? You think that didn't you? You think after you left I followed you and you think that I'm going to beg you for your forgiveness. Grovel at your feet and tell you how much I'm sorry and ask you to take me back?"
She knew he had a reason to get mad at her. She understood that he had the right to jump to conclusions, but it was the thought that he didn't actually know her is what got her both pissed off and upset. She took a few steps backward, what was the use? He might not of known her, but she knew him.
"Kaige. Not once have I ever broken a promise to you. Never. What you saw back there." She sighed. "It wasn't what you thought. Kaige. I'll never love someone other then you...and I'm sure you moved on.." She said as her eyes drifted over to Velia for a minute. "I'll never break that promise...Kaizer...I admit it..I pratically used him...I was depressed and lonley...and he started to love me...and when he asked me to be his mate...I was afraid if I say no...then he would leave...I would be alone again." She turned her gaze away from him. "You would think one would get used to be alone, but after being around someone they cared about for so long...it's horrible being along...I just wanted comfort."
She wasn't sure if this did any good, but she felt as if she had to tell him the truth before he left. Before they never saw each other again. Yes, it killed her to think of that, but at least he would know that she really does love him.
"Of course. I know that means nothing now." She took a few steps backward. She could feel the tears sting in her eyes, but she didn't let them fall. "I know you said sorry doesn't cut it...but I am sorry...more then you know it Kaige...I-I guess I'll leave you two alone now...I've been gone from the pups too long now. I guess I'll have to tell them their father is never coming back."

What the hell? Did she suddenly have the power to read minds? No. Did he even say anything like that? No. Where the fuck was she getting all of this from? She was probably guiltier than she gave herself credit for. It was his turn to be the angry one now. He wasn't going to sit there and take shit from her. Especially now. "Oh, I don't know you?" he asked in a voice that was full of venom and pure hatred. And the look on his face... if looks could kill, she would be dead. "You're right. I don't know you. I don't even know what's real about you." He paused after that to laugh humorlessly. "You're probably not even real. You're just a joke. You're fake. You're exactly what your sisters said you were."
At that point, he had had enough. He had come to his conclusion. "You're really selfish, you know that Kali? You're pathetic. I don't feel sorry for you. I feel sorry for that Kaizer guy. Heaven forbid you end up alone, Kali. Suck it up. I've been alone a lot and I've managed just fine. I guess you're just weak," he said in a voice now full of disgust. "And you're right. It does mean nothing now. You ruined your chances of having me back. Whether you loved the guy or not, you were still with him. You had to of at least loved him a little unless you really are that fucking low." He shook his head, nearly shaking in anger. Not once could he remember being this angry at someone. Not even Thanatos, the one who had killed most of his family and pack members. In a way, he knew he was being stupid, but most of him didn't care. He really didn't care anymore.
"You said you wouldn't be with anyone else and yet, there you were. You were with him. So you know what? It doesn't even matter if you did or didn't love him. You were with him. So much for being honest." The anger was covering up the pain he felt. Really, he was only being like this because he didn't want to actually break down. He was in pain. More pain than he had ever been in his entire life, whether it was physical or emotional. Deep down, he hated being this much of a prick to Kali, but he couldn't really help it. Not at this point. His gaze turned from Kali to Velia and back again. "You know, you all have something in common. You, her, and Shinrin." His tone was no longer hateful or venomous. It was empty. Hollow. As if the life had been sucked out of him.
"You've all managed to cause me pain. All in the same way. It's great, really. You should start a club. Become friends. Discuss your tactics on how to break me even more." His face held no emotion, no expression. It was dead, but hidden beneath all of it was the immense amount of emotional pain he was feeling. This was probably the hardest thing he had ever done, and was about to do, in his entire life. He took a slow, deep breath and sat to where he was facing both of them. There was no sign of anger, no sign of pain, no sign of anything. "And this is why I choose to be with none of you. Not Shinrin, she's left me one too many times and she's got low self esteem or some sort of problem. Not you, Kali, even though you're really the one I love. You've hurt me more than the other two combined. And like you said, I don't know you. You're right. But I'm not going to walk out of our pup's lives just because I'm not with their mother anymore. And Velia, I don't choose you because right now, I'd rather have you as a friend. A lot of time has passed between us, and I don't really know you like I used to."
He felt his heart sink as he finished speaking. He was letting go. He was letting go of all of them. It was hard, a lot harder than he thought it would be. And the pain he felt was overwhelming. He really didn't want to do all of this, but he had to. "Sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same," he said in a voice that was barely above a whisper. It was meant more for him, as he was still unsure of all of this. But it was too late. It had been said and done. There was no taking it back now. He didn't look at either of them, especially Kali. She was his only true love, and he wanted to be with her, but he couldn't bring himself to just forget about all of it. It was something that would be with him for eternity, and it hurt. It hurt a lot. He wasn't sure what was worse - seeing her with another male, or her lying to him. It was probably the latter. He didn't want to do it, but.. it was something that had to be done.

Velia was hurt by the things he had said about herself, Kali, and Shinrin. That had been a long time ago. Time that was gone now. And he even knew it wasn't her fault now. That she didn't do it. But she couldn't blame him. Given what was going on and what had gone on he had a right to be angry and hurt. She still didn't like it. And he liked her as a friend. That was better than nothing. If friends were all they'd ever be she'd have to be okay with that. She didn't want him to leave all together.
"I see." She stated simply. Her voice sounded real, as it always did, and yet it was fake. It was always fake. Couldn't Velia find a break? Why did she always have to go through all this shit? What did she ever do to deserve such a life? She couldn't tell. All one usually got from Velia was fake smiles and stupid lies. And behind the scenes there were real tears. She hated how she felt. It made her feel horrible. Selfish. Like a bad person. But she wasn't always in control.
Velia was sad. Kaige wasn't picking her. He wasn't picking any of them. She'd never be with him again. Velia had blown her chance with him. She should have looked for him longer. Harder. Why'd he ever have to slip through her grasp. So close. And they both could've had a happy ending. For a time. Despite the hurt and the pain that was inside her, her face showed no signs of this. Her insides were shutting down while her outside was emotionless. Blank.

Kali took a few steps foward. Her eyes never leaving him. She knew she hurt Kaige, but she never knew she hurt him that much. It killed her inside to think that she caused him more pain then both Velia and Shinrin. She took a deep breath as she paused, standing a few feet from him, her eyes still upon him.
"I'm sorry, Kaige." She whispered. "I know that's not going to help anything, but I wan't you to know that I'm so deeply sorry. More then you can ever imagine. I never met to hurt you. If I can take back everything...even to where me and you were never together...I would do that...I just want to see you happy." She paused. "Even if that is not with me."
She loved Kaige. She always would. She however understood his decision. He was right. She was wrong. She been selfish and a no-good mate. She been horrible to him. If she was a good mate she wouldn't have gone with Kaizer, even if she didn't love him, and only cared about him as a friend.
"I hope that someday you'll be able to forgive me. I don't care if it takes five years. I can't live with myself knowing that....I..did this to you." She took a deep breath. "You can see your children whenever you want. Doesn't matter when."
She knew she had to let go. She wanted Kaige to be happy, and if he was happier without her in his life, then she would have to let go. She took a few steps backwards, her gaze now upon the ground. She wasn't going to lie and say everything was fine. That she was happy. For the truth was she was miserable.
"I'll always love you..." She whispered.

What was all this about? Family issues? A little squabble? Really, they needed to get it all together and get over themselves. These thoughts ran through the mind of the now ten month old pup Doom as he absentmindedly made his way up the rocky, yet somewhat icy, path going up the largest of the mountains. He was nearing the first year of his life, soon going to be a year old. He was larger than most pups his age, and extremely odd looking. He didn't care. He didn't care about his age or about how he looked. He didn't care about anything, really. He was a lot like his father in many ways, but recently, he just didn't want to be associated with his family. He was growing sick of them and he was ready to be on his own. He wasn't foolish like most pups. He wouldn't get killed before he turned a year old. He wouldn't do silly things. But he had to wait. And waiting wasn't something he liked to do.
"Oh, what now?" he grumbled quietly, his voice already sounding as if it belonged to an adult rather than a pup, as he caught the scent of his mother and father. There was another one, but it was unfamiliar to him. He didn't care who it was either way. His pace slowed down greatly. He wasn't all that eager about meeting up with his parents. Especially after the whole fiasco thing. 'Dad dying, mom getting another mate, dad coming back...' He shook his head at the memory and scowled irritably. His mother was ridiculous. And he thought she was the decent one of the two, but he guessed wrong.
Unfortunately for him, he had finally made it to the spot where the three adults were. His fur bristled slightly on his neck and his pupilless white eyes narrowed at the scene. Something wasn't right, he could tell that much. He wasn't sure what had just happened. Probably something idiotic. He decided to find out anyway. "What's going on?" he asked suspiciously as he took a seat upon the cold ground beneath him.

Michiko climbed up the mountain after her brother. He was oblivious to it however, or maybe he wasn’t, maybe he did notice his pesky sister following him, but decided to ignore her, in the end Michiko was right upon his trail. She couldn’t quite believe her father was alive. She had seen him die, the memory still lingered upon her, but she didn’t seem bothered by it. She wasn’t sure if she should be excited by his reappearance or not care at all.
She was obviously much smaller then her brothers, probably because she was both the youngest and a female, but she didn’t care. She pressed her wings closer to her sides, she been getting better with them. She couldn’t fly just yet, but she could hover a few feet in the air before she would finally drop back to the ground.
Soon she spotted her mother, father, and a strange wolfess. She wasn’t sure what was going on. The past month flew by, she knew her mother gotten a new mate, but Michiko seemed like the only one who could see past her mother’s fake smile and fake laughs. Deep down Michiko really did care about her family, but a darkness was now covering over her heart, and it been like that since the day she was born, she couldn’t help it.
“Yeah, whats going on?” She asked as she now stood by her brother. Kali’s attention was soon drawn to the site of her children. A frown came across her maw. She wasn’t quite sure what to tell them. They would figure it out sooner or later that Kaige no longer wanted anything to do with their mother, if she told them or not. “What are you guys doing here anyway?” She said with a shake of her head and a sigh. She was too upset to be angry with them. “Nevermind. I’ll tell you guys later. Let’s go.” She said, turning her gaze back upon Kaige.[/blockquote]

Doom flinched at the sound of Michiko's voice and turned his head to glare at his only sister. "Quit being such a stalker," he hissed, somewhat irritated that she was now there as well. He made a face, not caring if he was acting immature, and turned to look back at his parents and the other female. "Why can't you just tell us now?" he asked, glowering at them. "Are we not good enough or something? Or are all of you just retarded?" He paused and rolled his pupilless white eyes to the darkened sky, mumbling something under his breath. He seemed to have answered his question himself. They were being stupid, his parents. He wasn't as young as he used to be; he knew something was up.
His eerie gaze shifted to his father as something clicked in his memory and his maw parted as he spoke, "You were always saying we shouldn't hide anything. Not that we can with you around." He said the last part quietly, figuring no one would hear him anyway since they really didn't seem to care. "So? What are you hiding? Or do we not deserve to know because we're not worthy?" His tone was bitter and hard as he looked to both of them, irritation showing in his eyes.
Kaige growled quietly, turning his gaze from his pups to Kali. "What? You're not going to tell them right in front of me?" he asked, faking surprise. His gaze hardened and his blood red eyes darkened. He wasn't going to blow up in front of Doom and Michiko. They had gone through enough and seen enough already. He didn't need to add on his anger. He took a few slow, deep breaths and looked back to the two pups, who weren't really pups anymore. "Because of your mother's actions, we aren't going to be together anymore," he said simply in a neutral tone. Even though he was the one that made the decision, it hurt. It hurt more than he had imagined it was. But he wasn't going to let his weakness show. He was too stubborn to just break down and give in.
Doom's eyes narrowed to thin slits and a half smirk formed across part of his maw. "You're joking, right?" he asked, arching a brow as he looked from one parent to the other. "I thought you guys loved each other. I thought there was some.. 'promise' between you two where neither of you would leave each other." He stopped and looked to his father, laughing humorlessly. "Oh, wait. You left her because you died. And then," he turned his gaze to his mother, "you got with that Kaizer guy even though you said you never wanted to be with anyone else." He shook his head incredulously. "You guys are ridiculous, you know that?" He didn't care if he was being rude or disrespectful. He didn't care if he got in trouble. They were being petty and they knew it. "And you guys are supposed to be role models," he said, making the last word seem like it was dirty. "Pathetic."

Kali frowned at Kaige’s words. He made it seem like it was all her fault, which she couldn’t lay, it was all her fault. She wished he would only see how sorry she was, but that probably didn’t matter no more. He probably didn’t care what happened to her. She turned her gaze back to the pups. The reason why she didn’t want to tell them here with Kaige, is because she felt as if she said the words, then it meant that it was really true, it really meant she had to accept that her and Kaige were no more…and the thought was unbearable.
She now looked over to Doom, her eyes narrowed. “You don’t know anything, Doom. You’re just a pup. So don’t go sticking your head into something you don’t even understand.” She was usually tolerant of her pup’s behavior. She was usually more patient and understanding, but she was now both on the edge of blowing up and crying her eyes out, and she wasn’t going to cry in front of Kaige, he would probably think of her as pathetic.
Michiko frowned. She never really cared for love, but part of her thought that her father and mother were going to be with each other forever. She turned her gaze to her poor-of-a-site-mother as she yelled at Doom. Michiko didn’t care. She didn’t care for Doom, just like he didn’t care for her, the only think that they had in common where they had the same parents. “I don’t understand though.” She said with as she turned to look at her father. “Now we’ll have to listen for months on end of mother complaining?” She ignored the look her mother gave her. “It was hard enough when you were dead, Father. I’m sure even that Kaizer guy was getting sick of hearing your name ande mother crying about you like every day. I have to agree with Doom on this thing…you guys are pathetic.”

Kaige whipped his gaze back over to Kali, a low growl rumbling in his chest, making its way up. There was no reason for her to get angry with Doom just because he was observant, or because he was smater than he should have been. "Don't take you anger out on him just because he remembers things," he said in an acidic tone. "It's not his fault that he's actually smart." He honestly didn't care much for his son. He was too much of a nuisance, too much of a rebel. He wasn't going to sit there and let Kali have at him, though.
He turned his gaze to Michiko and narrowed his eyes as a frown crossed his maw. He wasn't angry with her, and he wasn't going to snap at her like Kali had done with Doom. She was the only one he could tolerate, really. "It's really not my fault I died. Blame that on Thanatos.. not that you can," he said, adding the last part as an afterthought. His frown deepened and he shook his head. "And as for me coming back, blame it on Shinrin. I should have just stayed dead. Would have saved us a lot of drama here," he said with a quick glance to Kali.
"Oh, shut up, Dad," he said, rolling his eyes at his father. "I don't need you to defend me. I'm quite capable of doing it myself," he said in a dry tone, not looking at anyone in particular. He shook his head at what his mother said as laughter soon escaped from his maw. It was humorless like his father's would be. "Mother, mother, mother," he said, shaking his head sadly. "I don't understand?" he asked, arching a brow as he chuckled quietly. "I understand more than you do. And I'm not going to pity you. That's what you want, after all. You want everyone to pity you so you can get yourself out of trouble." His voice gained strength and volume as he spoke, and something unreadable flashed in his eyes. "And as for you," he started, turning his gaze back to his father, "you need to get off your high horse and get over yourself." He glanced sideways at Michiko, then back to his parents. "We're not stupid as you two might think we are."

Kali opened her maw to say something, but decided not too. She wasn’t angry at, Doom. She was angry at herself. She sighed as she turned her gaze back to her son as he spoke. “Pity?” She said with a frown. “I don’t want anyone to pity me, my son.” She said her voice was now steadily coming back to normal. “I don’t want anyone to feel sorry for me.” She turned and looked away from them. “I feel bad as it is already.” She mumbled.
Michiko shook her head and sighed. “I never said it was your fault. I just don’t get you too.” She turned her gaze to her mother. “See this is why I always thought love was a waist of time. You know, Mother, while my Aunts had me they told me quite a bit about you and your past…and how you were a whore. Hmm. No wonder father doesn’t want you no more.”
Kali’s eyes narrowed as she glared at her daughter. She began to hate her sisters even more, even though they were dead. “That was my past. Wolves can change. I changed. Whatever my sisters’ say about me is all lies, they just want their revenge, and may I remind you where they are? Burning in the debts of hell.”
