Infirno sighed, and sat down by a near by tree. He looked up at the moon. It was full, and very bright. There were many clouds, but you could still see the moon through the clouds. I have no clue where I am... I know its a pack... He said to himself when he heard a twig snap. "Hello?" He asked the approching figure.

"Argh!"
Someone, or something, was stumbling through the darkness that blanketed the territory along with the bitter cold that hovered over everything making sure it was noticed. Whoever it was that was making their way into the valley was clearing having a difficult time; the wolf was being quite loud both vocally and step-wise. "Who made such a thing as darkness? Who made twigs fall onto the ground? Who made rocks that are scattered everywhere?" The voice was quiet and melodic, quite beautiful even with the menace hidden beneath it. It clearly belonged to a female; a female that was slowly, but surely, making her way into the clearing that lay ahead of her.
After what seemed like hours, the female finally stood in the snow covered valley and the bright light from the moon shone down upon her as if it were spotlighting her. Her figure was clearing visible then; it was easy to see she was beautiful, but she always denied it. Her figure was average for a female, though her body was quite thin, but not in an unhealthy way. Her legs were long and her paws were small; one would think she was good at running, but she was far from it. Her body was covered in a thin layer of silky black fur with a light gray undertone. There were bandage wrappings around both front legs, but they weren't from injuries. Silver markings were strewn throughout her fur and a foreign marking was embedded into her left shoulder, standing out more than her markings. That wasn't what stood out most, though. It was her eyes that caught most wolves attentions. They were pools of a crystal blue color that were almost hypnotizing; one could easily get lost in them.
"Ugh, finally," the female muttered, seeing that she was out of the brush that she had finally managed to escape from. She shook out her smooth fur, sending bits of dead leaves, twigs, and snow flying into the cool night air. She thought she was safe now that she was walking across a flat surface, but she was clearly wrong. As she walked without thought, she stepped over yet another twig, hidden beneath a patch of snow, and caused it to snap loudly, breaking the silence of the night. After she settled down, she jumped when she heard the voice. "Oh!" she gasped, clearly startled. She hadn't seen anyone else around and she hadn't expected anyone to be out on a night like this. "Hello," she said after a moment, waiting for her heart to calm down. He looked like he belonged in this pack, but she wasn't sure, as she had only recently stumbled upon it. ooc;}} sorry it sucks. I wasn't feeling descriptive.

((Sucks?! Thats like, A million times better than my short posts...))
Infirno stared at the beautiful female. His jaw was slacking slightly, and he couldn't find words to describe her. He looked into her crystal blue eyes, and his heart skipped a beat. They were the most beautiful thing he has ever seen, and it clearly showed. He regained his mind, and posture. He stood up as straight as he could, and tried to make an impression for her. "Are you in this pack? I just joined. I'm Infirno, you can call me what ever you want. Are you alright? You kind of stumbled out here. I'm Infirno!" He said, then realized how much he was babbling. He was still lost in her eyes, and couldn't pull away. He realized also he repeated himself. "I already said that, sorry. You have really pretty eyes..." Hew blurted, then shoved his paw to his mouth and bit hard on it. He was never really good with girls...

Eternity blinked, cocking her head just slightly to the side with an arched brow. This male was definitely a strange one, but then again, she had come across a lot of strange males. This one reacted about the same way the others did. She wasn't sure why; she was oblivious to her beauty. She wasn't vain or anything of the sort, she just didn't think much of it. She shook herself from her thoughts and cleared her throat audibly. "I'm Eternity," she said slowly as her crystal blue eyes swept over this interesting looking male. "I'm fine, thanks. Just a bit of a clutz," she said with a sheepish laugh. "And no, I'm not part of the pack. Actually, I just recently came across it."
Was he the first wolf she had come across in her travels? Or was he the first she was actually speaking to? Did it really matter? Her head cocked furthermore to the side and, once again, she was lost in her thoughts. She hadn't really bothered to stop and talk to any of the wolves she bumped into; literally. A simple 'hello' there and a 'nice to meet you' here. Perhaps a conversation would be nice for once. "Oh, sorry," she said, seeming somewhat distracted as she broke the silence. "Um.. thank you," she said in reply to his last comment, though she looked at him as if he were mad. She wasn't sure if she normally got comments like that. But, then again, she was oblivious to such things.

"I apologize for my rudeness." He said, and cleared his throat. "I'm going to start over. Hello. My name is Infirno Greenflameblood. You may call me what ever, well, anything reasonable. I'm three, and just joined this pack. I hope that we may be friends?" He sort of asked. His body was glowing a faint green, as it usually did. The flames on his legs seemed to be moving, as if his legs were actually in fire. He was standing up now, and smiling at Eternity. His grey maw was no longer slacking, and he had a calm arora around him. His gold eyes were swimming in hers, trying to figure out what she was like by what her facial expressions showed.
Like normal, he didn't trust this wolf. He just thought she was pretty. He never trusts a wolf the minute he sees them, and he expected the same from others. He wanted to get to know this wolf, if she would allow it. He sat back in the snow. When he did, it melted around his haunches. For he had the power of fire, so he was usually warm.

Eternity was taken aback by this wolf's behavior. One moment, he was acting quite strange and the next, he was serious. She looked at him skeptically, trying to figure out what was going on in his mind. Of course, she had no mind reading powers so she couldn't really know, but it was fun to pretend sometimes. "Well...," she said, still skeptical. "Like I said, my name is Eternity, I have no nicknames, and I'm 3 but not a member of this pack." She wasn't sure what to think of this wolf, but she wasn't one to judge right away. She usually waited awhile before she came up with an assumption.
She was more startled by what he said last than anything else. She wasn't used to this whole 'friends' business; she never stayed somewhere long enough to become friends with someone. Maybe it was nice, maybe it wasn't. She wasn't sure, but she was up for trying new things, so long as they weren't extremely out of the ordinary or dangerous. "Okay, I guess I can do that," she said after awhile, her voice returning back to its normally soft and melodic tone. She looked up at him and smiled tentatively, unsure of how this wolf really was. She was never one to trust easily or get close to anyone, nor was she very open about her life or feelings.

Infirno sighed. He was acting strange, and he could tell. He was probably freaking her out, so tried to keep his serious face. "Great... Its good to have allies, are you alright? You seem distrought (Sp?). Are you okay?" He asked. He wondered if he was freaking her out. He didn't want to, but felt as if he couldn't be serious around her. He winced at himself.

What? What was this? Eternity stared at the male, utterly bewildered. She wasn't sure what the deal was with him. But she wasn't one to judge, so she forced herself not to assume anything. "I'm... fine," she said, confusion now easily being heard in her soft voice. It was seen clearly across her face too, especially in her crystal blue eyes. "Are you sure you're okay? You seem a little... off," she said bluntly. She wasn't trying to be rude, she was just being honest. It was something she always was. She could never tell a lie. "I mean.. you seem.." She paused, frowning in thought as she tried to find the right words. "No, I can't think of anything else, sorry." She smiled sheepishly, hoping he didn't think of her as rude. "Sorry," she added again, honestly meaning it.

"Honestly, no. I can't talk straight. Usually I'm easy to talk to, but I can't talk right around you." He said. Oh my god! Infirno, stop talking! You are acting like an idiot, and why?> I don't like this female, I just met her! Just leave, she probably doesn't want you here, and you will save yourself the embarassment. He told himself in his mind. He sighed loudly, the looked up at her, being careful not to look directly in her eyes. He would be speechless if he did. "I should probably take a walk. I'm not right in the head now, and I know I'm freaking you out. I apologize." He said and stood up. He started to leave, but stopped. He wasn't sure if she wanted him to go. He stayed where he was, but asked, "Unless you want me to stay..."

Confusion soon turned to annoyance and it was written clear across her face. What was this wolf's problem? Either he had some serious mental problems, or he was just like this all the time. Yes, she wasn't one to judge, but now she couldn't help it. One minute he was wanting to possibly be friends, and the next he was leaving. "Okay, I don't get it," she said, her voice low and hard, nothing like it normally was. "You want to be friends, but now you want to leave. Freaking me out? Please, don't jump to conclusions," she said, speaking quickly. She wasn't normally like this, but he was starting to bring out her bad side. Maybe she shouldn't join this pack. If all the wolves were like this, then she didn't want to be apart of it.
"You go and do what you want," she said, rolling her crystal blue eyes which were filled with irritation, but some confusion still lingered. "I can't stop you. After all, it's not like we're friends or something." She turned around in a huff, not caring if she was being overly dramatic, which she wasn't, and sat down with her slender back facing him. She muttered something under her breath, something that sounded a lot like: "Males are so ridiculous."

((I'm confused myself. I don't raelly know what to say, and whenever he talks, it comes out funny. Sorry!))
Infirno sighed. He tried to clear his mind and have a normal conversation with this wolf. He thought for a moment before he spoke. Can't I be normal? Just prepare what you are going to say. 'I am really sorry. I don't know what is wrong with me, and I want to be your friend. Is that possible? Or am I too strange for you?' Yeah, something like that...
"Look, Eternity, I'm really sorry. I'm acting strange, I know. I am not srue why I'm acting like this, but I still want to be friends. If you think I'm too weird, tell me, for I'm not forcing you to be my firend, I just want to try..." He said. He hurt himself mentally for not just saying what he planned, but turned around to look at her again.

Eternity appeared to stiffen as she listened to what he said. What was it with this wolf? Did he have multiple personalities or something? Was he mentally off? She sighed quietly and closed her eyes, not facing him. It wasn't fair to judge someone when she hardly knew them. So what if he was a little... different? Everyone was different, that's what made everyone unique. She glanced over her shoulder, her expression neutral. "You are weird," she said in a flat voice, looking rather bored now.
"I don't know why you even want to be my friend," she mumbled so quietly, it was nearly impossible to hear. She shook her head and pushed her thin frame up, turning around to face him again. "Alright," she said casually. "Why don't we just start over then?" she asked, figuring it might be easier for him that way. "I'm Eternity. And you are?" She felt rather foolish doing it, but she didn't let it show. Instead, she put on a bright smile and a cheery voice.

Thank god she is letting me try this. Just act normal, you'll be okay... He thought to himself. He smiled, and bowed to her as a greeting. "Hello Eternity, I'm Infirno. Its nice to meet you." He said. He knew he was being weird, was it because of her beauty? Maybe, but still, he should get his head together and stop scaring this female. He didn't look in her eyes, for the same thing would happen to him. He knew how disrespectful he was being, but it was better than freaking her out.

"It's nice to meet you as well, Infirno," she said in a falsely polite voice. It wasn't that she didn't want to be polite or anything, she was just unsure about this wolf. Her moods could also change drastically, but that wasn't about to happen. Not yet, anyway. "So," she began, shaking herself from her many thoughts, "are you a part of this pack?" She already knew the answer, but she was starting over, hoping that this male would eventually get out of his.. odd mood - it was the only thing she could come up with - and just be himself.

"Well, I just joined the pack. And you?" He asked. He knew that Eternity didn't really want to be here with him, but he really appreciated her trying to be friends.

"Nope. I've only come across it recently. Haven't had the pleasure of joining," she said with a nod, now looking over the valley. She wasn't sure whether or not she wanted to join, or if she would. She would inspect the area first and then come up with her decision. "But I don't even know if I want to join. I might just continue with my travels," she said as she looked back to Infirno with a faint smile.

"I don't blame you for it. I haven't met any of the wolves here yet, well, none in the pack. You are the first wolf I've seen in a long time..." He said, and started to drift into thought. He soon snapped out of it, for he was about to think of his mother; who ever she was. He didn't like thinking about her, or them. He didn't really know who his mother was, his life was very strange, but he liked to live in the present instead of the past.
"The only thing about traveling, is that you can never know when you want to stop. If you find a place that might soot you, you may decide to leave and regret it." He stated. He didn't know if that made sense to her, but he hoped it did. He felt like he was doing better than last time.

She nodded, lost in her own thought. She was going over what he had said, and it made sense to her. Sometimes, she regretted leaving her family and sometimes she didn't. She was undecided when it came to that. She wanted to experience life on her own and see what it had to offer. "Yes, I suppose so," she said, her voice returning to normal. "I didn't stick around my family because I was afraid that I would miss out a lot. So, I made the decision to leave." A frown crossed her maw and her eyes darkened a little, but they quickly returned back to their bright state. "I guess it's a good thing I did," she said, tilting her head to the side in thought. "I probably never would have gotten the chance to join this pack."

"So you are deciding to join? Thats cool, maybe we can hang out some other time, or not..." He said, still not sure if she accepted him as a friend. He thought she did, for she was still talking to him, right? He happily wagged his tail. "Either way, I'm still gald you have decided to join." He said through a crooked smile.
He looked up at the dark sky. I was pretty late, and the moon was very bright in the sky. He continued to wag his tail.

"I might join," she corrected, though she couldn't help but grin slightly. "I guess I could try it out once I figure out where everything is and what's going on." When she said this, her crystal blue gaze drifted up to the darkened sky and a puzzled look came over her. It was abnormally dark and bitterly cold. She shivered visibly; her fur was much too short to keep her warm. She cursed under her breath and looked back to Infirno, grinning faintly. "But it's kind of weird here," she said, nodding up to the sky. "I don't think I've been somewhere like this where it's always dark and cold." She wasn't sure if it was always like this or if something was going on. She had just stumbled across the pack, after all.
